History -I have a disconnected /inactive/tired mood feeling from everything, since adolescent. Underwent treatment with antidepressants as well -But didn't help.
Had gone a blood test recently and found that :
Vitamin D total-14.3ng/ml
Vitamin B1- 0.35ng/ml
Vitamin B9- 0.63ng/ml
Doctor straight away said that everything is normal and it's just in your head.
Can I take generic multivitamin ?
Also NAC as dietary supplement pose a risk ?
