My mother was suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding for several months.one month ago the doctor told me that we have to do a biopsy of her,and the biopsy was done by the doctor.now I have the report and it shows a term disordered proliferative change in endometrium.what does that mean?is there anything serious?

Yes for your age u need to know that this kind of endometrium is related to premalignant changes on count of 1-3%
To be on safer side I would suggest a thorough work up of yours
