Discontinuing breastfeed
Hello Madam, I am mother of 18 months old baby boy. I want to discontinue feeding him but gradually. Currently I have stopped feeding him during day time (earlier I used to feed him 2-3 times during day time ) and feeding him only during night time. My question is whether this is okay to have a such long break between the feeds. Also will that milk (feeding once In a day) good for him?

By 18months you can feed anything you have at home. And reducing breastfeeding and concentrating on other feeds is the right way to go. http://www.who.int/nutrition/topics/complementary_feeding/en/
