Discontinue breastfeed
My son is 3.3 yrs old m unable to discontinue breastfeed.. he wakes up about 6 to 7 times to feed in whole night

This is an behaviour which he has learnt over the years, try to discontinue it first during day hours, then slowly wean it to night.

this may cause his oral teeth to get moulded in wring direction as well as decrease in nutrition as now mother milk is of low energy as of baby needs
