Discomfortness in leg

Asked for Male, 24 Years

From today i am having a diacomfortness in left leg from butt to the bottom leg. I am constipated from the last 3-4 days. Left side throat irritation and food comes up till the throat and goes down. I don't know why it is happening and my age is 24 only.
