Pain and discomfort in left arm and leg

Hello.. I am 28 years female.. From some days I noticed and felt that my left arm and leg leg is having numbness and half side left Portiom partially I am fee pain, Numbness and chest pain too.. Kindly give me suggestion and reason for this..pls suggest me whom to consult
