  4. Discomfort on right side of abdomen. Do?

Discomfort on right side of abdomen
From last four months i have some kind of discomfort/heavyness on right side of my abdomen(just where ribs end)..now its getting more serious ..i feel dull pain there all the time..i am also suffering from lower back pain from 1 year ..what should i do ?

cud be renal stone,gall bladder stone or any odr liver pathology get an ultrasound done x ray KUB blood tests like hemogram,LFT,KFT n follow up
