Discomfort in left chest

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Having discomfort in left chest, its not constant, mostly it happens at night while going to bed, some times in day, it last for 5 mins, there is no pain but it feels like somthing heavy is there, consulted to Dr, done ECG its was normal, Dr prescribed Inderal 10 tablets. But still the no improvement, could you please suggest what to do in this case.

Considering your age heart disease is unlikely. A 2 D Echo and stress test will rule out structural and ischemic heart disease. Once these tests are negative a physician will be able to investigate you for other less dangerous causes of chest pain
