Discomfort and Tiredness!
For the past 2 months I've experiencing Stomach discomfort pains in stomach and various part of my body, back, Shoulder, hip and also I'm experiencing tiredness and sleepiness all the day! Sometimes I can see my heart beat heavily so I can see through chest and abdomen, and also I can hear best inside! What is the problem? Due to Lockdown no Doctor available and clinics doctor Only suggest tablet! Which speciality doctor I have to consult! Help me!

Might be due to stress. Since you are averse to taking tablets, I suggest you begin regular exercise and meditation.
