Discomfort and heaviness in bladder

Hi sir I am. Having discomfort and heaviness in bladder and sides around abdomen is also paining and not able to walk properly and I have taken usg abdomen please. Refer it and let me know those above results causing this issue ? Thanks Dileep

Slightly more information is required, regarding your voiding habbits ie how’s the flow of urine, how frequently you pass urine, has the stream thinned, are you able to empty ur bladder when you pass urine or not. Based on those we can narrow down some differentials. Definitely you must visit nearest urologist as some back pressure changes in kidneys are noted in USG
