  4. Discoloration of stools. Immediately?

Discoloration of stools
My daughter is 7 months old and doing stools of different colours sometimes yellow, green and white and that too little runny, almost 3 to 4 times a day? Is it a serious problem ?? Should i consult doctor immediately??
