Mixed infection u can take FAS 3 kit stat, maintain good hygine if u r genitalia ,wash with betadine lotion

It's probably vaginal candidiasis.
Need to start on antifungal oral medication with vaginal cream.
Is there any redness/swelling in vagina along with white discharge and itching?
Clean the groin area.
Keep it dry and maintain hygiene
Wear loose undergarments.
