Discharge of 12 year old
My brother is 12 year old. he said that a water like sticky liquid discharge from his penis whenever he see the back portion (buttock) of girl wearing jeans. Discharge happen either he see it in school/home or in tv. He have never masturbated nor he know anything about masturbation. So my question is
what he experiencing is normal or not?
