Discharge and itching
I am getting white cheese-like discharge and a lot of itching and inflammation in the vaginal area. It was smelling a few days back but now there is no smell.
I have history of vaginal infection but it was fine for a few months and has now started again. I am currently applying Surfaz SN but it isn't helping. Please suggest over the counter medication.

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days and then twice a week for 6 weeks
Take Tablet Levocetrizine twice a day for 5 days
Next Steps
For husband use Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for a month
Use barrier contraception like condom for 3 months to avoid ping pong infection

Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Use V wash\Intiwash to clean vagina and vulva after using washroom
Dermadew soap for taking bath
