Asked for Female, 52 Years

Hello doctor, My mom is 52 years old she is suffering from nerve issue backside below spinal cord . Where after MRI scan it is noticed that born has been corroded please find the attached screenshot. Please suggest how to proceed for treatment .And suggest us the doctor who can tell us the more detailed way
