Disc Bulge or Sciatica
I have had sciatica issues for the last two years I had gone through many medications and gone through many physiotherapy sessions but till now I'm facing the same problem. Please recommend me any solution or exercise to improve my problem I can't study sitting in one place for a few hours it's painful.

Please avoid bending forward, lifting heavy weight, prolonged sitting in the same posture for long. Please do back extension exercises. Please take high calcium diet. Avoid eating oily, spicy food.
