Dr suggested me surgery in both the cases. Now I am taking homeopathy treatment since two days to avoid surgery. Can I climb up to steps of one or two floors once in a week?

Once in a week is fine but do not lift heavy weight, or bend or do not do activities that would pressurize your shoulders. Else it will increase the intensity of pain.
