Hello, thanks. I appreciate you for identifying your problem and seeking help. Masturbation is not a serious issue to worry about. But as you are concerned, I would recommend you to first structure your routine and keep yourself engaged with many activities which are equally pleasurable and enjoyed by you. If it is bothering you further, simply post pond the act and distract yourself in to something which excites you. It might help.

Masterbation is a habit.It can be reduced by behaviour therapy. Sometimes depression and anxiety disorder may cause habit of masterbation. Consult psychologist or me immediately online or offline and take proper treatment.
