Dilated pupils
I am taking desvenlafaxine and propanlol from 6 months for major depression, I am having big pupils in evening. I had consultation with eye surgeon, he said eyes are ok. What to do for these pupils? Is it something to worry about?

The most probable cause for your dilated pupils is desvenlafaxine. If your eye specialist has said there is no ocular abnormality, then there is nothing else tow orry about.
Next Steps
review with your Psychiatrist.
