Dilated pelvicaliceal system
I am 9month pregnant and in my last ultrasound sound its showing my baby right kidney is mildly enlarged & shows dilated pelvicaliceal system with uretric dilatation till lower end right kidney measure 61mm x 28mm Left kidney is normal and measured 28mm x 18mm It will be fine after baby will born or it will be issue for baby lifetime.
