I am a 33 years male and planning for baby. May digital x-ray on lumber region for lower back pain diagnosis impact baby planning/fertility? Baby may have problem due to this?

If you are already pregnant, then you should avoid x-rays as far as possible.
If you are planning for one, then wait until you get your monthly periods. You can get an xray right after that.
By the way, getting a single xray will not impact a baby or your fertility. When my mom was pregnant with me, her doctor had ordered an xray to see if there were twins.
Today we use ultrasound instead of xrays so that the chances of harming an unborn baby is minimised as far as possible.
