Digestive problems
Problem in digestive system. After eating feels stomach upset, heaviness, gas, slight pain. Frequent stooling in small quantity, alternative diarrhoea - constipation, feel tired & sleepy after meals, heavy eyes, weakness, problem persists from last 7 months. Also suffering from skin allergy- ekzema, itching. Imp- during tests- infection comes in my liver. ALT 86 U/L (NORMAL less than 50) Please prescribe me solution for curing my problems from root. Problem mainly occurs after eating fried,spicy & heavy food.

Hi..... If gas is a problem for you, foods that might make symptoms worse include beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fatty foods also may be a problem for some people...... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function.....
