Chronic burping (mostly non-acidic, hollow). Morning stomach tightness, empty but contracted feeling. Poor downward movement → incomplete evacuation. Stool improves dramatically when acid is controlled. Hard to gain weight (stuck at 45 kg). Mild acidity sometimes. Heavy stomach after certain foods. Occasional anal itching. Nervous-system-linked digestion (stress worsens symptoms). Sleep not stable (light sleep). History: No major surgeries; no consistent constipation; gas moves upward not downward.
