I'm suffering from piles since couples of years and now it's very painful and bleeding. People ask me to consult a homeopath and some suggest me to go for surgery. I don't know what to do, please help me out.

Dear miss Usually piles r painless. If there is pain then most unlikely be due to piles unless they developed clot in them. U need to get examined by general or colorectal or Gastro Surgeon to get diagnosis.
