Digestion problem
Dear sir/madam, I have digestion problem , whatever I eat that is not digested as I am thinking because in a day I have to go in toilet approximately 5-6 times. I want to reduce it to one time only in a day at morning time in toilet . I would be grateful if please consult me to permanent cure from this digestion problem. Its very serious matter for me.

It may be due to IBS or Chronic Dysentery or may be due to simple anxiety Probiotics , anti bacterial with anti amoebicidal , anti spasmodic will help

You could be having an infection like giardiasis / amoebiasis. Consult a physician who would examine you and prescribe you appropriate medications.

Hello Dear, Having to go to pass stools twice or thrice is normal and is not considered as diarrhea or constipation. So long as you are feeling relieved, there is not much to worry. However if this problem has started only recently, and you are not feeling relieved after passing stool, it will be better if you consult a gastroenterologist and get yourself evaluated .
