Diffuse uterine fibromatosis

Asked for Female, 30 Years

What is diffuse uterine fibromatosis? And what will be the treatment for this ? I didn't have a baby . Can I conceive? I am having irregular periods , after 2 , 3 months I am having . And before my 2 periods I used to have periods and white discharge morning evening , but last 2 periods it was okay only 8 days cycle. Will it be a problem? I am attaching the scanning report what they gave me. Please check.
