Difficulty in concentration and memory
I am a 24yr old student pursuing competitive exams for further studies and i hav always been an intelligent n top ranker in my school and college life. But These days am just wavering somehow academically. As much as i want to study and focus n work hard, i am just not able to concentrate and memorize academic portions . Apart from academics my memory is perfectly normal with respect to everything and so is my concentration. And this is distressing me more and more as to how i ll clear the exam with such preparation. Also i dont feel like cutting off contact with my friends and acquaintances who hav always been very important to me. Please help! As i near my exams, the hopelessness of the situation is creating more anxiety in me. Sleep cycle appetite and blood investigations are all normal.

You need to take a break, do go for somewhere, where you feel free.. it will help you to relieve some stress and concentrate on what is important to you and your life, do some exercise or gym which will release endorphins,that will help you to get some energy and happiness.
