Difficulty in breathing from nose
I sometimes find it difficult to breath from nose. I do not have sinus but I do have a deviated septum. Sometimes it feels like my nose is blocked but I find nothing when I try to clean it. The feeling lasts for 30-60 minutes and makes it really uncomfortable to breathe. I also experience burning eyes all the time. I tried neti pot but just couldn't do it properly and that ended up giving me a terrible headache.

The bone deviation could be the likely cause sir. Next step is to visit an ent and get a nasal endoscopy and if required a ct scan of the nose done. P.S.-Bone deviations can be corrected by surgery only, there are no medications for it
