Difficulty breathing from left nose

Hello Dr. I am facing few issues like Sometimes unable to take breath from left nose Felt pain in left ear Feeling cough in throat it goes when i drink water Not sure if it is sinus...can you pls suggest Note Staying in delhi(pollution) an it started after diwali
