Difficult to breathe
My uncle age is 60 and from 10 days he has fever frequently...he is feeling pain in his throat and difficult to swallow food and also having breathing issue.He is a heart patient. Cbc report is normal. Rapid covid test also negative. Please find attached CT scan report of chest. Can you tell what should I do...please help
