If you can't swallow liquids, then this needs to be investigated thoroughly and on urgent basis. You need to undergo few tests like Flexible fiber-optic Laryngoscopy(FFL),Fiber-optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing(FEES). Detailed evaluation is required.
