What is different between Relent Plus and ascoril LS ? When you these two? Can we use these two medicine together?

Relent plus is for running nose and acts as mucus thinner to make it easier to cough out. Ascoril LS also makes mucus thinner along with bronchodilation. Can be taken together but dosage needs to be adjusted as both contain ambroxol.
