it is mandatory for ct centres to scan upper abdomen while getting the ct of the chest..even lower necks..they may not report it completely but will definitely have done it..do confirm from them

You have to take the complete abdomen scan, as some centres do not scan the upper abdomen in ct chest. It varies from centre to centre
