Most common of all kidney stone is calcium oxalate stone for which you need to take atleast 3 litres of water per day, avoid oxalate rich food like tomato, sweet potato, spinach , cashew nuts, chocolates etc. There are other renal stones as well with their own particular set of precautions. Get the stone analysis of your kidney stone if possible.
