Hi I have recovered from jaundice in september2017 and I started going to gym in December 2017 . I still get burps even in empty stomach and LFT is normal.I now want to increase my protein intake I wanted to ask if Nutrilite wll plant protein powder is safe for consumption or not and whether I should take it Continously or with some time gaps.Please suggest some other natural alternatives for protein powders incase if such protein is not recommended. Thanks
