Hey, I'm a Mom of 7 Month-old baby girl and I'm planning to get back to my work. I'm still breastfeeding my baby, as on demand and planning to introduce Formula for day! Can I proceed with Formula for day and Breastfeeding for nights, as I would return back home around 5pm! I've started solids and now, she's taking 2 meal day. (Veggie Rice + Fruit) Kindly, help me with this!

Greetings kindly express the milk and give maximum times, if not adequate give formula.. u can start complimentary feed also. Preferably should be avoided formula. If possible can use expressed breast milk and store it. Can introduce one more meal instead.
