Reducing 20kgs in  6 months can be possible through proper diet , also with some physical activity. You need to be focused and follow diet pattern properly. Timings also play an important role. Don't skip meals. Try consuming meals in every 2-3 hours. Don't starve yourself. Give phsyical activity your some time. Prefer toned or double toned milk. Avoid taking creams, ghee and butter. As you also mentioned you are anemic Take more of green vegetables , iron rice sources from both veg and non veg foods. Also take vitamin C So that it helps to absorb iron in your diet. Avoid taking tea with meals as it hinders the absorption of iron ,hence leading to anaemia. Regards, Godiets.

Hi there ! Completely understand your concern. Fact is diet plays 80% role & physical activity plays 20% role. Meaning of diet is lifestyle modification & not putting yourself under restrictions. Giving up your favorite food is not solution & also that is not solution. In order to help you out with customized diet plan a detailed assessment sheet is needed.
