Diet for Thyroid and Pcos
I have hypothyroidism along with Pcos. Online I read that flaxseed and spinach are very good for Pcos but it is bad for hypothyroidism. Now I'm confused whether to have flaxseed and spinach or to avoid it... Please suggest

You should decrease carbohydrate intake, take foods made-up of whole grains like whole wheat bread, Decrease fat intake and increase protein content. Take high fiber diet, fruits, vegetables but avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes. Take plenty of water avoid sugar drinks....Consult nearest gynecologists and physician they will do the needful.
