Diet for pcos
My height is 5'4 and weight 56kg.im 27 year old n trying to concive last 4-5 month I did usg of pelvis. it shows minor pcos.my cycle is regular with 5 days bleeding.plz suggest what to do for fast concive and give me some diet plan for my PCOS.

Hi, You are in your ideal weight range as per your height... ▪︎Just have balanced diet minus the junk foods, fried and spicy foods and caffeine ( tea, coffee) ▪︎Balanced diet includes appropriate proportions of carbs, fat and proteins... ▪︎Control portion size. ▪︎Have lots of fluids. ▪︎Do a regular and mild walking/ exercise/yoga. Need to keep pregnancy related precautions in mind while doing yoga and other exercises.
