Diet for GERD
I don't know what to include in my diet as different sources tell different thing but now I have a mild GERD problem ,no heartburn,just bloating,fullness, quick saliva forming on tongue,backbone ache.pls ,help me

Hi... from the description that you have provided I gather the following - you have been diagnosed as a mild case of GERD, with bloating after food with fullness on having less quantity of food than before - you also have excessive saliva production -backache The bloating could be caused due to a number of factors such as eating too much, eating too fast, consuming a lot of aerated drinks or food that is rich in cooking soda.... likewise the treatment is also different for different causes most of which can be managed by simple dietary modification while some times it may require medications... I would like to ask you a few more questions and to look at any investigations that you have got for this disease as I can only treat you after knowing what this is your suffering from exactly..
