In pregnancy there is need to increase your kcal intake because baby also feeding by you in the womb . So add healthy fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Avoid sugar and it’s products just because reduce the chance of having GDM, fried fruits etc..
Add some homemade foods ,take fruits and salad when you feel hungry.increase calorie , protein in your diet . Drink (300ml) tonned milk daily, 8-10 glass of water is advisable

You can eat tuna,catfish,Salmon,Sardines,as they generally contain low mercury levels.You can also add avacado/flaxseeds to get omega -3-fatty acids which helps for baby brain development.You can also depend on Fortified foods like Yogurt, milk and eggs can be fortified with omega-3 fatty acids.
