I am unable to understand why u r focussing on banana only..but won't harm u but it's high on calorie.
As I always say after three months of delivery one can start working on her weight loss program in a healthy way. Anyways its not late though.
Get started with luke warm water empty stomach each morning
Go for small frequent meals.. No empty stomach
Go high on omega3, calcium, green vegetables
Breakfast shud be full n dinner shud be in minimum
No package food n cold things
Reduce liquid after sunset
Drink water before meal n after an hour of each meal..preferably luke warm
Exercise regularly not only for weight loss but it shud be a habit for healthy living.
