Hello doctors, As per mri report I have uterine didelphys with two cervix. Can you please suggest what would be the next step and will I be ever able to conceive and have child.

Did some doctor examine you physically before you were referred for MRI?
In other words what was the indication for MRI.
Actually you should be examined physically to see if you have two cervix and two vaginas. Then you will need detailed evaluation by laparoscopy. After that some answers can be given to your last question.
