To rule out diabetes- best way to check ur blood test.
test BGL( blood glucose level)
sugar fasting , sugar pp & HbA1C test . these test show u r diabetic or not.

Hello mam, ultrasound can not detect diabetes.
.u are suffering from PCOD, family history is most of the time positive for PCOD patient, i.e. in blood relation some one there is a diabetic from maternal or paternal side. And the genetic information is passed on to children causing in them to over produce insulin which in turn reduced blood sugar. This reduced form of blood sugar accumulated in body in the form of fat in body causing obesity and fatty liver along with other changes. The blurry vision/ headache etc. Is due to low blood sugar level. Increased facial hair growth is also a part of it
