Diastolic notch in left uterine artery
Diastolic notch in left uterine artery with Pl - 1.14 at 24 weeks of pregnancy. Does it affect the baby in anyways ? I'm prescribed with Ecospirin and Heparin injection from 8 weeks as I had a miscarriage in my last pregnancy and I have asked to continue because of this notching issue

You need to be counselled regarding risk of increased bp in pregnancy and fetal growth restriction should be minitored by serial doppler usg As far as heparin and ecosprin is concerned they should be continued
