I am 23 weeks pregnant. There is high resistance flow and notching in left uterine artery. Left uterine PI 2.85 RI 1.00 S/D 3.66. I am taking ecosprin from past 1 month. Now doc has asked me to take clexane injection. I am worried about side effect of injection. Is there any other alternative??
