Diastolic dysfunction

I am a 23 year old individual. I fainted twice due to severe headache and shortening of breath. My ecg shows missing pulses and my pulse rate is below 60. Doc asked me to go for 2d echo. The reports should diastolic dysfunction grade 1. I feel tired even after going up the stairs and also have frequent headaches. How serious is it?

At this age so many symptoms I would advice you to go for comprehensive cardiac check up individuals by Physician Inclusion f detailed echo holter TMT and other test as required but certainly u need full work up asap
