I am 28 weeks pregnant & had problem of sudden black out , sweating, short breathlessness when suddenly after cleaning toilet pot.The doctor asked me to do echo.
Echo Impression shows Grade I LV Diastolic Dysfunction. What is this.
My BP generally remains on lower side 110/70.

Aparna such a black out must not be ignored. As such by your description echo is normal only. But blackout episode needs to be evaluated
