I had diarrhoea this morning and was treated in fortis for it with fluids and paracetamol and another injection for puking. After that I have been feeling weak but I haven't puked or gone to the toilet. I have fever now and was wondering if I can take a paracetamol along with providac capsules. I feel very weak and was wonder if taking a paracetamol is safe.
