Diarrhea of 4.5 months child
My 4.5 month old baby had diarrhea with frequency of 10-15 times and watery consistency before 15 days.. Stool report showed 60-65 pus cells ..had started cefixime suspension for 5 days.. Then it reduced to 5-6 times daily and it is still frequent.. Loose watery and seedy.. Repeated stool report shows trace reducing substance, acidic stool, mucus positive and fat globules present.. My baby has nappy rash which cant heal due to acidic stool.. Please give guidance.. What to do

Your baby is having transient lactose intolerance....Don't give mother milk for few days...Replace mother milk with lo lac formula feeds or zerolac formula ,zinc,ORS and probiotics
